Brian is an associate consultant at Splendour EHS Consultants Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree In Environmental Planning and Management from Kenyatta University amongst other certifications. Brian Is currently pursuing a Master of degree in Occupational Safety and Health from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Having worked in both the private and public sector for almost six years, Brian bears valuable experience in Environment Health and Safety Management and Practical Advice. In 2013, Brian worked at Kenya Airports Authority, Moi international Airport as a graduate Trainee in the Environment Office where he was charged with Environmental Management due diligence for the Coast region. Brian has also worked for different consultancy firms in Nairobi where he was charged with performing various roles Including EHS assessments and audits nationwide, client liaison and advice as well as client compliance and certification.
Brian holds various Professional Memberships with both local and international bodies including, the Environment Institute of Kenya (EIK), The EHSQ-Professionals and the Architectural Association of Kenya-Environmental Design Chapter (AAK-EDC). He is also registered as a practicing Environmental Expert with the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) in Kenya

With more than 8 Years of relevant experience, She has provided training and consultancy services in occupational Safety and Health in various organizations in relation to Occupatonal Safety Health Act (OSHA), 2007 and OHSAS 18001:2007, Occupational Safety and Health Management System. She has been involved in raining Occupational Safety and Health committees and in the awareness creation on safety and health to the management and general staff.
Naumy has worked in various organizations, the latest being Unilever Tea Kenya Ltd where she was a Safety, Healthy and Environment (SHE)Officer and was involved in training implementation of Unilever’s Safety Management systems Which Included Behavioural Safety Excellence (BeSafE) programmes and World Class Manufacturing (WCM)tools for the safety pillar.
Is an established promoter of the science and practice of Fire Extinction, Fire Safety Prevention and Fire Safety Engineering and all operations and expedients connected therewith. He has been Involved in staff training In Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, Emergency evacuation drills and First Aid in various organizations including Unilever tea Kenya Ltd., DL Koisagat Estate Limited, Medicins Sans Frontiers (MSF), among others. He has also been involved in fire safety management (causation, prevention, preparedness& response), maintenance and servicing of firefighting equipment, hazardous material management (mitigation, preparedness, response, recovery) legislation, that is, Control of substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and policies.
Samuel is an accomplished Management Systems Auditor certified by the International Register of Certificated Auditors(IRCA, UK), NEMA-approved Lead Environmental Expert (Reg. No. 2683),a qualified Environmental Management System and Quality Management System Lead Auditor and an Occupational Safety and Health Specialist. He has over 10 years extensive consulting, systems implementations, auditing and training experience in integrated management systems (ISO14001EMS,9001 QMS and BS 180010HSAS).
